After developing  a WordPress platform for the Warner Bros. Learning Center, I led the creative and content development for the new employee intranet site, Behind the Shield. I then helmed the expansion of Behind the Shield internationally, launching 11 new WordPress sites, and creating a global intranet network servicing 38 countries.

This included custom page designs, plugins, css and html updates, bug triage, and content migration for clients around the company. Teaming with several company divisions, we established a maintenance process for the Behind the Shield network of sites, including an employee wiki, video tutorial library, outage support, and service request procedures.
